Only genuine defects supported by a full unboxing video will qualify for a saree exchange. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.
What is the Return, Exchange & Refund policy?
We have a NO-REFUND policy. If you find any dispute on your product & for exchanges, please initiate a request within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with a full unboxing video showing any defect.
We do not accept requests beyond 24 hours after delivery. We won’t exchange or accept requests for an exchange saree without a full unboxing video.
Do I have to pay a convenience fee to receive an exchange?

Custom, pre-ordered, or pre-booking items cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.
Can I request a specific delivery date for my order?
