Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd. Customers must share payment proof (e.g., a screenshot) to ensure their order is processed smoothly.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12-24 hours of placement. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. Custom/pre-booked orders cannot be cancelled or modified at any stage.

Product Accuracy: Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd makes every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences or lighting during photography. Customers are advised to read the product details carefully before purchasing.

Liability for Delays: Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs processes, or natural events.

Support Hours: Customer service is available from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). All inquiries raised outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or concerns should be directed to Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd’s support team for resolution. Legal disputes, if any, will fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts, where Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd’s corporate office is located.
