SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping in India: Domestic shipping within India is free for all customers.

International Shipping: International orders are subject to shipping fees based on the destination, package weight, and size. Additionally, customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or local fees levied by their country.

Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timeline:
1. Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days.
2. International Orders: Delivery usually takes 7-20 working days, depending on the location and customs clearance processes.

Custom/Pre-Orders: Products marked as custom or pre-booked have a longer dispatch time, ranging between 15-45 days, depending on design and production.

Tracking Information: Customers will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched. This includes the courier partner name, link, tracking ID, and an estimated delivery date.

Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier service may reattempt delivery. Customers should contact Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd or the courier partner to reschedule, and re-delivery fees may apply.

Delayed Deliveries: While Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd strives for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond the company’s control. Customers will be notified in such cases and updated timelines will be shared.

Shipping Partners: Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd works with trusted logistics partners like DTDC, Delhivery, and Indian Post for reliable delivery services.

 

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy: Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd follows a NO REFUND Policy. Refunds are only processed in cases where delivery delays exceed 30 days domestically ( within India ) or 45 days internationally ( outside of India ). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, customers must submit a complete unboxing video clearly highlighting the defect within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted beyond 24 hours will not be entertained.

Unboxing Video Requirement: The unboxing video must show the product being opened from its sealed packaging to establish authenticity. Videos that start after the package has been opened will not be accepted for exchange requests. So, we want a full unboxing video from beginning to end, or else the video won’t be accepted for exchange of the product/s.

How to Request an Exchange: Customers must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of delivery via Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd’s WhatsApp or email support. The request should include: order details, unboxing video proof, and clear images of the defect.

Conditions for Exchange:
1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Items marked as custom, pre-ordered, or pre-booked are not eligible for exchange.
3. Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

Return Policy: Returns are not accepted, except in cases of confirmed defects approved by Shrivana Creation Pvt.Ltd’s quality check team. Products cannot be returned for reasons such as a mismatch of expectations or preference for a different product.

Processing Time: Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 7 working days of receiving the defective product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the defect is not confirmed after inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized items, pre-order items, and products purchased on discount are not eligible for exchange.
